Our Water Filtration System

Depth Filter
A depth media filtration system is used to filter sand and sediments down to approximately 20 microns. This filtration system is composed with 2 layers of different media.
Granular Activated Carbon
Filtration system to remove taste, odors, chlorine, color, and other organic material from feed water prior to reverse osmosis system. This filtration system is composed of highest grade coconut shell carbon.
Water Softening System
A water softener will reduce or remove the hardness from the raw water prior to reverse osmosis. This is a twin alternating water softener system, which has the capability to operate 24 hours a day.
Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis System
Mixed Bed DI Tanks And Resin
US Resin's MB-1 (H/OH forms) resin is designed to provide ultrahigh purity water.
Ultraviolet Sterilization System
To sterilize and maintain the water in the storage tank free of any bacteriological contamination growth.
Stainless Steel 0.2 Micron System
Submicron filtration is used to treat the water prior to storage. The canister is sized to give a constant flow to the final point of use.
Automatic Ozone
To generate, mix, and inject ozone gas into contact tank. Ozone skid fully automatic including oxygen generator, ozone generator, stone diffusers system and control, 316 stainless steel contact tank, stainless steel control panel, pressure gauge, and SCFH flow monitor, LED visual ozone indicator.
Ozone Monitor System
This ORP monitoring module uses a highly specific ozone sensor to measure the concentration in the ozonated product and spring water stream. This system allows us to monitor the low and high level of ozone residual in the contact tank.
Carbon Filtration
Filtration system to remove taste, odors, and chlorine.
